Google Sitemap Generator Module

Module Description: There seems to have been a lot of problems with the Google XML Sitemap generator shipping with PrestaShop 1.2, so I’ve had a run through and re-written a fair bit of the code to fix these issues.
The main changes (in 1.4.2) are:

* New XML generation code using the DOMDocument(*) class
* Modified the logic to remove extra elements from the generated URLs
* Added an xml-stylesheet reference to the output file, xsl included in download
* Fixed the issues when “Friendly” urls are turned off
* Add a new field to the cms table on install to track modified dates (auto updating)
* Added removal of additional field on uninstall

Search By Attribute Module

Search By attribute module working fine now, Advanced Search, Filter by attributes, Filter search product.
Added feature and Bug fixes in the latest version 3.

1) Select dropdown reset issue solved
2) Product combinations with “0” quantity not shown now
3) Search by attribute block works in both columns.
4) Picture shown in search listing matches the attribute selected
5) Attributes with no products in them are not shown anymore
6) Clarification : Products only with pictures will be shown. Add the “No Image Availaible” picture in the product as cover.
7) The Search now remembers the last selected criteria.

8) Added a “X” to remove search criteria
More features to be hopefully added soon.

Next and previous links on the product page module

Module Description: This module adds Next and Previous links on the product page that go to the next and previous product in the last visited category. It displays in the product footer by default, but it can also be repositioned to the “Product actions”, “Extra Left” or “Extra Right” hooks.

Product Export Module v0.4

Prestashop Product Export Module Features:

* Choose what to export by dragging and dropping from available fields.
* Choose how you want the export ordered by easily sorting the selected fields.
* Save an export so you can load your chosen fields again later.
* Clean easy to use interface.

* Delimiter option.

UPDATE v0.4:
Changed the export folder to the upload folder in the root of prestashop to avoid permission issues.

UPDATE v0.3:
Added support for prestashop 1.1.
Hopefully fixed permissions problems by creating a seperate directory for csv file on install.
Fixed reinstall issues by adding a DROP if exists before the tables are created on install.


Please remember this module is still at beta stage and has not be tested fully. It should work for most versions of prestashop if not all. Also backup your database before doing any export/imports.


















Wholesale Support Module

This is support for wholesale. Added 3 price levels (W/O VAT) for each product (editable in BO).
Next, you should add three customer groups and if customer is in one of these groups, after login he has his prices displayed.

Works in product detail, products list, cart and order.
Do not remember to check product categories for group acces. (Someone may have products only for end users, not for dealers.)

Not recommended for beginners, as changes in db and php files are needed. Tested and works in presta 1.3.0.1

Tab Send newsletter v1.4

If you are looking for a module can send newsletters to registered users, this might you need.
The functionalitydoes the following:

1. Provide options for you to choose which users you want to contact: Newsletter Block Subscribers, Customers, and Customers who Subscribed to Newsletter.
2. You can check all of them and it will remove any duplicate emails before it sends the newsletter, so that people don’t receive two.

NOTE: Newsletter Block Subscribers don’t have First or Last Names, so the FIRSTNAME token will be ‘Subscriber’ and LASTNAME will be blank in their case.

Croll Custom CSS

Why you need this module? Because it can make your page size small and speed up page load.

Module lets you include CSS files on each page according to different params:
. The name of the php file
. The value of variables

For example i can include beautiful.css on all pages, product_special.css only for products which id 3 and 4, content_magnifier.css to sitemap.php, my_custom_page.php and CMS page with id 3. Etc.

Add Google Maps to contact page

To add or embed Google Maps to your PrestaShop contact page, only one file needs to be edited and uploaded to your theme folder.

Add Google Maps to your site’s contact page will provide convenience to your potential customers. Also, putting a map and physical address will give more confidence to those who are considering to buy merchandise from you.

















STEP 1 – Download

  1. Click here to download the zipped contact-form.tpl file.
  2. Unzip the contact-form.tpl file to any location on your computer.

STEP 2 – Editing

  1. Open the contact-form.tpl file with any text editor.
  2. Get your API key from Google — Go to http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html, enter your domain and get the key (it’s a long line of seemingly random characters).
  3. Copy and paste the key to contact-form.tpl — replace the text YOUR_API_KEY_HERE with your key (line 8).
  4. Get the exact latitude/longitude of your business location athttp://www.gorissen.info/Pierre/maps/googleMapLocation.php -Scroll and zoom in as close as possible to get the accurate position.
  5. Replace the (latitude,longitude) data (two locations — line 48 and 52).
  6. Change the business name/details (line 34).
  7. Save the file and upload to your theme folder:  \themes\YOUR_THEME\contact-form.tpl — It’s recommended that you download and backup a copy first before overwriting.
  8. That’s it. Open your PrestaShop site’s contact page in any browser and see the result.
CAUTION:
When you paste the Latitude and Longitude data, make sure you follow the order (Latitude, Longitude).


IMPORTANT NOTE:
The file above is for PrestaShop 1.3 and PrestaShop 1.3.1. If you have any other older or newer version of PrestaShop, you can download the file, then copy the lines of code between <!– Google Maps code start –> and <!– Google Maps code end –>, then paste to your own contact-form.tpl file at about the same location.


Browser compatibility: Tested with Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, IE6, IE7 and IE8.

Module Description: This is a horizontal category bar module.


Sliding accordion categories block

Module Description: Sliding accordion categories block features include:

* Top-level categories slide so that only one set of subcategories is visible at a time, which saves room when there are many categories.
* Configuration page allows one of following slide animations to be used: None, Default, Ease and Bounce.
* The categories can be set to slide on mouse click or mouse hover.
* The block height can be set to a fixed size or a variable size that changes based on how many categories are displayed.
* The block can be set to start with the first set of subcategories open or to start collapsed.
* The block automatically opens the subcategories of the current category and highlights the current category with a user-chosen colour.
